At Kara Michelle Events, each proposal is custom-crafted to reflect your unique vision, venue, and event needs. Because every event requires time and design expertise to quote accurately, we offer personalized proposals as part of our Event Design Consultation.

Consultation fee- $75

If you decide to move forward, your consultation fee is applied toward your event total. This ensures we dedicate the time, creativity, and care your event deserves while keeping our process fair and efficient.

Schedule a 30-45 minute design consultation in person or virtually where we will discuss theme, style, color palette, priorities, and preliminary budget.

Step 2: Custom Proposal Creation

When you have decided that we are your event planning team we will provide you with a contract and invoice for the retainer fee to secure the date.
