Perfect for those seeking assistance with vendor gaps, design refinement, or other key details, this service begins about six months prior to your wedding day. We step in to ensure no piece is overlooked, providing expert support and a fresh perspective to enhance your plans and ease your workload. With our refined approach and attention to detail, you can trust that your wedding will come together beautifully, allowing you to relax and enjoy the final months leading up to your celebration.
Day Of Coordination
Already have a venue and vendors you love? Want to make sure everything goes smoothly, so you, your partner and your family can enjoy the day without worrying about the details? I'll work with you for the month prior leading up to your wedding, and will be onsite throughout the event to ensure your vision is executed as you planned!
Here's what's included in this package:
-One site visit. Additional visits are a $75 charge.
-Month prior planning meeting.
-Email and file collection.
-Bridal party and vendor check-ins to ensure timely arrival and setup.
-Confirmation of floor plan layout and overall design setup.
-Directing the Wedding Rehearsal
-Acting as the primary point of contact for all vendors throughout the event.
-Assisting with setting up personal decor items such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
-Coordinating the pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIPs receive flowers.
-Directing the ceremony processional, recessional, cocktail hour, and reception.
-Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed throughout the day.
-Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors as specified by Client.
-Managing any unforeseen hiccups or issues that may arise during the event.
